Bad customer service

People on that location are awful , i think they dont know what are they doing. Vicky A. Helped me with my credit and application never was done by t mobile saying i had extra security, an i said never mind. Happens to be they did hard inquire to my credit and they said we did not do it.

I hate t mobile and will recomend be careful befor deciding to move to this company
