My son absolutly LOVES coming here to see Dr. Crandall! I never used to share his enthusiasm but after several visits for him I felt very comforable with Dr. Crandall and her very knowledgeable staff, so I made an appointment for myself! A lot of my dental fears were put to rest after my initial appointment, Dr. Granato and his assistant Fran were a hoot! Laughter really is the best medicine, especially for a nervous patient like me!!! I have recommended this office to all our friends!!!

My child visited Dr. Dawn Crandall in October 2009, at that time she filled 2 cavities. When I took him to another pediatric dentist in April 2010 both fillings had fallen out. I called Stonewall Dental and spoke with the office manager and told her that I would like to speak with Dr. Crandall. When Dr. Crandall called me back I explained why I was calling and questioned her as to why the fillings did not last 6 months. She never took any responsiblity for the dental work having failed and then she went so far as to use the analogy "If I sold you a car and it got scratched or dented, would you expect me to fix that too?" She never offered to make it right (which I would not have accepted) nor did she apologize.

I think this is a poor way to talk to paying customers, and if the "professional" in a business talks to the customer this way it does not say much for the business itself.
