We were extremely disappointed and upset by our experience with Robison & Robison for a few reasons. First, when we asked them to come to our office they did not explain their rates. Then, when they got here and couldn't fix the issue or do the work they still charged us for 2 hours of "labor" plus the service fee. They didn't even let us know when they were here that we'd still be charged the labor rate. Overall, a very bad experience and we do not recommend using this company.
