We hired Kelly's Top Notch Tile to install a rather extensive, intricate marble tile back splash in our kitchen. Kelly did an absolutely incredible job and my kitchen now looks AWESOME! After she gave us a competitively priced estimate, we asked about the quality and experience of her installers. Not to worry. Kelly personally installs all the tile herself, with the greatest attention to detail. I am truly amazed at how she meticulously cut and matched each tile. She is extremely professional and is mindful about not wasting materials. We are extremely satisfied with her work and would strongly recommend her to all our family and friends.

KTNT did a great sales job (reassuring, great portfolio), but I found they do poor quality work. Even they were the most expensive, I hired KTNT over 3 other contractors to install ceramic tile in bath and kitchen. The crew was very nice, very respectful, and did a good job until they were about 75% done. At this point, they started to cut corners, tell lies, and do very shoddy patchwork to cover mistakes. After they were "complete," it took 3 additional trips to fix screw ups. There were gaps between the tiles and wall, baseboard molding wasn't cut accurately, shoe moldings had large gaps between the floor and bottom of the molding, carpet was not tacked down after they pulled it up. When I asked them to tack it down, their solution was running a bead of caulk under the carpet to make it stick! The floors ended up looking good, but if you hire them check EVERY corner (and behind the fridge) BEFORE paying them. And don't expect them to return your call if they find out you're unhappy.
