A hairdresser named Bianca who did not have a license displayed cut off twice as much hair as we had discussed and my hair was so chopped up with lots of long pieces and one side was about a whole inch longer than the other side. She told me my hair was "strange" because she was "careful." She she tried to cut all of the chunks that stuck out and made it worse. She said it was still choppy and uneven because my head is "round." She then walked off and left me sitting there for 15 minutes with my child waiting with me. She came back and said the manager was coming. We waited 15 minutes more and the manager never came. I doubt this person is licensed to do hair. She really butchered my hair and behaved unprofessionally.
