Daniel A. Harvill, Esq., was born near Houston, Texas, but has lived almost his entire life in Northern Virginia. In 1997, he graduated from The George Washington University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Arts in English. From there he pursued his Juris Doctorate, graduating from George Mason University School of Law in 2001. He feels dedicated to the local community in which he has lived for almost his entire life. He expresses this dedication by the manner in which he serves his clients throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. Mr. Harvill has more than a decade of experience representing clients in courts around the Washington Metropolitan Area and throughout the surrounding jurisdictions. He has practiced from Ocean City, MD to Richmond, VA. Whether a case arises in the Shenandoah Valley or Annapolis, Manassas or Potomac, Mr. Harvill will provide dedicated and affordable legal services throughout Virginia and Maryland. Mr. Harvill is a member of the American Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Fairfax County Bar Association. He practices in all state courts within Virginia and Maryland. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Harvill is also proud to be named one of the Washington Business Journal Top Lawyer finalists for 2008. Mr. Harvill currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Epsilon Housing Trust which provides affordable housing for members of the Sigma Chi fraternity at The George Washington University. He is an avid professional football fan and enjoys playing the occasional pick-up game. He also enjoys baseball and golf. Mr. Harvill resides in Prince William County with his wife and their four children. They enjoy taking advantage of local community events and are active in their church.
