I brought my phone to this location 2 weeks ago with a damaged screen. My daughters screen was shattered and they replaced it with a new one. Days later the screen they replaced it with popped up. The screen had never been properly attached. I contacted them back and they agreed to look into this. I left the phone with them and when I came back the screen appeared to be attached. Less than a day after they fixed it however the touch screen stopped working. When I contacted them and asked them to fix it they said that because the screen was damaged they could only try to help us. The screen was damaged because it was never properly fixed. We literally handed them $100 to make our situation worse. We brought our cell phone in to be fixed....again for the third time.

If your phone needs to be repaired take it some where else. Otherwise, you're most likely going to be spending a lot of time in that store and money on them fixing their mistakes.
