1. We were mis-quoted the size of the system that we needed for our house.

2. There was never a permit pulled by Adco. When I called George (George never checked back to ensure everything was complete) he advised he did not handle permits and I needed to speak to Vanessa. Vanessa said it was being taken care of and could take nine months. I called the county who advised me it takes ONE day. My husband and myself left numerous messages for Vanessa and never received a return call. I then spoke to Billy who was able to get the permit in one day. When they permit was delivered the tech who brought the permit discovered the unit had not been installed proper and would NOT PASS inspection. I spent the next morning at home so the issue could be fixed. When the inspector came we still DID NOT AND HAVE NOT PASSES INSPECTION!

3. We were promised that week would start a week and half earlier then it did. Instead it started on the day my husband went in for hip surgery and continued while he was at home recovering.

4. George made numerous appointments to come pick up the down payment and stood me up at least 2 times.

5. Cigarettes were left all over my driveway.

6. A vent was installed on top of my refrigerator and I was told there was nothing that could be done by the techs. Then two months later I was told it would be moved but the dry wall work would be at my expense. We both know this is not an appropriate spot for a vent.
