I can honestly say that I had the best experience at this AT&T store yesterday when I walked in for an upgrade. Milai greeted me once I walked into the store with A very warm welcome, right away I know I was comfterable with proceeding with my upgrade. Juliana, opened my account to see if I was eligible for an upgrade and was happy to hear I was able to get the iPhone 7 Plus the phone that I wanted. Danny helped me back up my iCloud to transfer all my stuff from my old iPhone into my new phone and Kevin helped me set up my phone. I was extremely happy with the service and if I ever need any accessories or have any problems with my phone I will deffinantly be going back to this location. Amazing staff and a very clean store!

Let's just say I walked out not frustrated with a cell phone store and considering they are new i was impressed!!!!

Loved my experience at the AT&T store! Danny, who I found out is the owner, helped me and was amazing. I am a currently on a Verizon plan looking to switch, so I had a lot of questions. He answered every question I had regarding the various plans and didn't try to "sell" me which made me feel much more comfortable. I will definitely be going back soon.
