Provided by YP.comThe hotel we stayed at in Malvern, PA hired Krapf for our wedding needs. They showed up on time, but the driver had no idea where to go and no sense of urgency, the bus was a piece of junk. We left at 2:40 for a 9 mile drive and got to my son's wedding at 3:40, 10 minutes late. It went downhill from there. The hotel was beside themselves and was excellent, but we have NEVER received an apology of any kind from Krapf. They are unresponsive and terrible service, would not recommend.
