WebsiteEstablished in 1959 by Lawrence Dayton, Dayton Meat Products, formerly the Malcom Locker, has continued to be a family tradition. What started out with just two employees has grown to ten full-time and eight part-time workers. The business has expanded from just custom meat-processing to custom jerky, deer, sandwiches, homemade pies, and catering. In 1999, Lawrence retired and sold the business to his two sons, Bill and David, and son-in-law, Mark Lang, who are the current owners today. Our current facility was built in 1994. This building includes our slaughter house, garage, smoke house, cutting rooms, and store.
