Mr. Clark helped me and my husband with our home mod. He was absolutely great, made us feel at ease, and very comfortable during this tough, long process.
He is very knowledgable and always available, I would totally recommend him.

Justin Clark is incompetent and does not do what he promises. He gives damaging advice and ruined our credit when we went to him about a loan modification. We now owe $8,000.00 more for our mortgage than when we started. He doesn't return phone calls and neither does his staff. He was insisting that we file for bankruptcy but all we needed was a loan modification. Now we are worse off than we were before we went to attorney Justin Clark. I wish there was a lawyer I could hire to sue him but they all cover up for each other. This is my opinion of Justin Clark. Mr Legrow is not there anymore to his credit. Smart of him to leave that association! Do not trust Justin Clark, he is just a smooth talker with blown out promises! That is my opinion!

My wife and I hired Justin Clark in 2009 to handle our foreclosure, when he was given the case he knew he had to act quick and go to a sale date within 1 week of us hiring him. The day he was supposed to go to the sale date he forgot to go so my wife was furious and he had no excuse why he neglected to go. So he stated that he will file an appeal for the sale date which he also neglected to do which pretty much left us at the mercy of the mortgage company. When we finally went in front of Judge Dickey, the judge showed mercy and sent us to mediation. When we walked out of the hearing Justin says to me and my wife, and I quote "I thought I was going to have to buy you a house" be very careful hiring this lawyer for anything, his law firm can not handle the over load of cases.

Justin Clark & John Lagrow did a great job of protecting me and my assets during the impending foreclosure and ultimate short sale of my property. It was a long process because of the lenders indecisiveness, but they stuck with me through it all and saw it to the end! They're awesome!

Justin Clark of Gregory & Clark, PLLC, has represented us in 3 short sale transactions since 2007. We were unfortunate enough to get caught in the real estate bust as retirement was approaching but with Justin's professional advice and the hard work of his staff, we have managed to have successful outcomes in each short sale with a minimal impact on our credit score.



Justin guided us through every phase of what is an extremely complicated process. There is no doubt that without his guidance, we would have had to go through foreclosure proceedings on each property. What makes his help even more important is that each property had a different situation; a primary residence, a rental property and vacant land. We had the triple crown of real estate issues and Justin got us successfully to the finish line in each. One property was even out of the state of Florida. We are so happy that we put our future in the hands of Justin Clark!

Simply put attorney Justin Clark and Nayda Colon became like family to us and that was apparent from the first day we walked into the firm. As for the outcome, we were approved for a permanent loan modification. Pleased is only a word that can at best describe 1/1000 of the emotions that ran through us when we found out that we were not going to be kicked out of our home! Attorneys and staff are caring and compassionate… win or lose we still would have recommended your firm just for the way we were treated! I believe the firm can set precedence, they have the opportunity to be pioneers in this home saving business and they will be known as the firm that not only saves people’s homes but also gives them hope, because at the end of the day we work all our lives to live the American Dream… to own a home!

Living on the Space Coast of Florida in trying economic times, along with the phase out of the space program, we watched our home value drop to 25% of the price we paid for it in 2005. The smartest thing we did was contact Justin Clark. I did a lot of research on line first about short sales and who had the best experience to handle, and chose his law firm. From the first phone call to their offices, his staff was helpful and set up an appointment that worked for our schedules. Justin was great; relaxed and knowledgeable and he took his time to explain our options, what would happen, and what we could expect. When we left the office, it felt like there was finally a light at the end of the tunnel. Fast forward a little over a year, and our home just closed in the short sale. Justin had referred us to a fantastic realtor in our area, who also worked very hard to sell the home. Unbelievably, we had no deficiency judgment and no costs due at closing. I don't know if that's typical, but we are incredibly thankful. We have to mention Brandon Haugan on Justin's team -- he was phenomenal. For every question, every concern we sent him, his response was immediate and meaningful.

I thought the firm did really well. I got everything I wanted out of the case. Kudos to Elizabeth Hernandez, she was so helpful throughout the process. She always answered my questions and updated me all the time.

I was introduced to Gregory and Clark through a co-worker, and speaking with Justin I felt very comfortable with him. He let me know exactly what I would be looking at with my short sale. Everything proceeded very smoothly. Everyone on the staff assisted with me in every detail. We felt very comfortable with the staff. I have since recommended them to a number of people for short sales and other endeavors. The firm is fantastic, there customer service, their personal input, everything was excellent.

My husband and I hired Gregory and Clark law firm to help us with our bankruptcy. Deborah Del Moral prepared all our paperwork, and both she and Mr. Healy were always available to answer any questions we had, no matter how large or small. On April 20, 2012 we had our meeting of the creditors.

The result was, that our bankruptcy was discharged and we were able to start fresh. We are very grateful to Mr. Healy and Deborah for their help; we believe the bankruptcy went smoothly because of them.

Gregory & Clark was incredible! Particularly attorney Justin Clark. He was always accessible, always there to answer my questions at anytime. When I needed to make an appointment, I got in quick with no wait. Justin always made time for me. He assured me that everything would be okay- and it was! Ben, Joanne and Isabelle were also terrific. The entire firm was warm and welcoming- even offering hugs when I needed it the most. They provided the highest customer service and professionalism possible. I highly recommend this firm.

Gregory & Clark, PLLC. got the job done! Traci Hoffman at the firm was very good. She always responded and through her efforts we were able to complete the deal. She made a very difficult situation a little more tolerable.

I am happy with the handling of my short sale by the law firm of Gregory and Clark. The firm provided good communication as to the status when requested. When I had more complicated questions, I received phone calls from the attorneys at the firm (including Justin Clark). The paralegal who handled my short sale, Chloe, was very good at staying on top of the bank to make sure they all approvals and paperwork required to be able to actually close on the property, which I’m happy to say has now happened!

After a year of fighting with my bank and countless hours spent faxing copying & re sending papers and information I knew they already had, many many hours spent on the phone, I decided to do what everyone told me not to do while trying to get a loan modification, I called a lawyer and I called Gregory and Clark. The process was so effortless once I involved Justin and his team that I would recommend them and have to everyone trying to attempt this process. Let's face facts ....the bank does not want to modify your loan, but once you involve a lawyer they sit up and listen. The end result, Justin accomplished getting my loan modified and I saved $400.00 a month! Justin is up front and everything happened as he said it would. I highly recommend Gregory and Clark.

The whole experience was pain free and a good value for my dollar. I can honestly say if the mortgage company or anyone else called I would simply call Justin and he always took care of it.

I was very impressed with the service we received from Gregory and Clark. Gregory and Clark handled every detail every step of the way. The process was extremely fast and I give credit to Gregory and Clark. Their expertise allowed for a very smooth transaction. My wife and I visited with Justin Clark at the offices of Gregory and Clark in late October of 2010. We had attempted on 3 different occasions over an 18 month period to secure a loan modification with our bank, and because of paperwork, fax issues, having "too much income," etc. we were turned down all three times. We were proactive in attempting to continue to pay our mortgage, and were not interested in "running away" from the responsibility. While we know that many hands worked on our case, we are extremely grateful to Elizabeth Hernandez, and her tireless work to bring the situation to a close.
