I love my Thermage FXL results I can’t wait to go back for my eyes!

I could not be happier with my Fraxel and Thermage results. The procedure was easy to schedule and the technician who did the procedures was vgery informative and followed up with me after to ensure the best results and proper healing. I will be back again for other procedures.

Receptionist was very rude...I had a appt @ 3.. They called@. 2 to cancel ....I was there for appt... Too bad attuide

I recently had UltraShape at Cascades MedSpa. I was greeted by a very warm and inviting front desk and my technician Rick was pleasant and really knew a lot about body contouring and skincare. After I completed my 3 treatments I came back 4 weeks later for my follow up appointment and I lost 2 inches from my waist and went down an entire dress size. I will definitely be back for more treatments and other areas!

I love this place.. If you live in the area you should absolutely be going here .It's worth the drive even if you don't.. The male aesthetician Rick is by far the best at this industry.. I had many procedures done by him and today was the one i've been dreading.. I had thermage. In spite of all the horrible reviews it has gotten on the realself website, i trusted him and decided to go for it. He gave me a topical numbing agent and reassured me that he was going to take his time and adjust the setting to my comfort level. I never experienced pain on my face AT ALL.. And this is amazing to me because people are saying that it was like having cigarettes put out on your skin.. Even the more sensitive neck area was painless.. We had the setting up to 3.5. I was slightly red after the procedure, but went to the store immediately after and no weird stares, so i guess i wasn't that bad.. No swelling, no blisters.. Just a great experience and looking forward to my awesome results.. He is definitely the man to see for this technically important process. Don't trust just anyone with your face..

I have been coming here for a few months now and absolutely think Rick is the most knowledgable and professional aestheticians i have ever been to.. And i have been many places. I agree that sometimes you may wait a few minutes, but that is because he is so busy. I think it is a validation of how skilled he is and that he does take the extra time with his clients to give them the best possible outcome. I even referred my mom and she loves him too.. The receptionist have all been very friendly and courteous. I urge Everyone interested in having a wonderful spa experience that actually delivers results to come here!!

I LOVE this place! Rick was FABULOUS! I have had many IPL treatments before but this is the first time I saw such amazing results! I highly recommend Cascades. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. I always feel at home when I arrive there. I will book more appts for more services there and will recommend to everyone. I had GREAT service and GREAT results!

This place is amazing, I have been coming for years and have NEVER experienced anything like the girl below. Rick is the best Aesthetician I have ever come across and I have been to many. He always spends plenty of time with me and is always prompt. I feel like the person may be writing that review out of spite.

I had an excellent visit to this establishment. The staff was friendly and I had amazing results. Rick was an amazing technician and I have referred all my friends here!

This place is AWFUL. The man who does the laser treatments (Rick) is absolutely the RUDEST person I've ever met. He acts as if you're a complete waste of his time, spending only the bare minimum time it takes to get the job done. He was MORE THAN 20 minutes late for ALL 6 appointments, and canceled my 5th appointment less than half an hour from the appointment time (I was already in the car headed there!). The office said he would call to reschedule but he never did...and he didn't return two messages from me to reschedule. I finally had to call a supervisor JUST to get the last 2 appointments I'd already paid for! The worst part?!? When my six treatments were finished, I'd only had a 50% reduction in hair (not the near 100% promised). At my last appointment he tried to charge me for a seventh (the one he had canceled!). When I complained that the treatments had not been nearly as effective as the treatments I'd done (on another body area) at another spa, he literally said "Guess you should go somewhere else then!". Seriously. When I complained at the front desk, they said they get complaints about him all the time, but that there was "nothing they could do". What an AWFUL business. I can't BELIEVE I spent money there. PLEASE take my advice and stay away!!!

The gentleman who did my laser treatments literally spent 1 or 2 minutes with me and rushed me in and out. I didn't even finish the 6 treatments because it wasn't working. I went to another medspa and had better results immediately.
