Provided by YP.comThe arrangement ordered was beautiful! Yet, I was charged $19.50 for delivery which was not given to me in the total price quoted of $60. The owner stated “every customer asks because it is the norm”. Maybe in Pennsylvania everyone asks. An honest buisness owner would quote the total price.
