They collect over $94 every 3 months so they can take holiday weeks off, pick up your trash a day late ( giving local animals plenty of opportunity to get into it), or just not pick it up at all! What a way to run a business! Wouldn't we all love to get paid to do nothing! Actually, they picked up all the trash in my neighborhood, but left mine behind even though it was out at the correct time and in plain sight! I called and customer service said they were referring it to dispatch, but obviously nothing got done. I was told to leave it out. Animals got into it overnight, of course. Thanks, WCA, for giving us the "fun" of having to pick it all up, including the now fire ant infested bits.! I called customer service twice today and was told it would be resolved by this afternoon. At 6:45PM I brought it back to the house . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! It's a shame it's the only waste management company in our area. We'll have to return to our old method: haul our own.

Horrible Customer Service, Avoid if you can. They skip you and when called they call you a liar and say they were in the area, no kidding they passed by thier blue WCA can! Supervisor was supposed to call me back. No callback received.

WCA has great service in the field, pick up is usually on time and "GETS DONE." However, their office staff never answers the phones and does not return phone calls. With the volume of work in this area it seems as though someone could answer the phones. Better yet, they could return phone calls in a more timely manner!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Wca is reliable for garbage pickup, however as the other reviewer stated, their billing is another issue. Wca took over my other trash company and failed to notify customers how their billing is done. Wca bills quarterly but didn't bother to tell anyone. I also had bill pay through my bank and it screwed everything up causing me trash pickup delays and late fees. I still have not been reimbursed due to their error and no trash pickup. Forget trying to call the magnolia location. You have to call the headquarters in Houston and ope someone answers. It tools me three days and 4 messages to get in touch with the billing department. Also when they change pickup days they are not very clear when the change will happen causing even more delays with pickup. I have paid all my bills and they have missed my garbage 5 times. I was told twice that they would come back out the next morning but were no shows both times. Then gentlemen are nice however it's the whole company that needs work.

This company is dependable for the pick up of your trash. The only problem is their billing department. They change fees without proper notice to their customers, then call and tell you that you are past due on your account. It took getting my bank involved to fix it their billing mistakes. Thank goodness I used bill pay thur my bank. When you call and have a problem with billing beware!
