Took car in for a part to be replaced and when I got it back it�s undrive-able Darrell (owner/mechanic) neglected to disengage the air ride system and blew the entire suspension on my vehicle. When asked about it he got extremely hostile and started yelling over me when I asked questions to how this happened- told me he �would not lift a finger to fix this� and that he �would see me in court�. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. After $1500 in repairs by Darrel I am left with a car needing 4-5k on suspension Work just to be drive-able again

Went to get an oil change, tires rotated and balanced and brakes & pads put on. She asked why I wanted brakes so I told her that I heard a slight noise when braking on a quiet road. We were talking about another lady that left her brakes go so long they were scary and making a ton of noise. I told her if they were that bad she'd need rotors and the whole bit. I told the lady that I didn't want to pay for rotors so I was getting them done before that. So I left my truck with them. I went to pick it up and was ready to pay the bill (which I figured should be around $200-$250. I about fell over when she told me the cost! $969.77 - Yep you read that right. I had to have her repeat it several times. When she showed me what all they did - I said "Why didn't you call me?" "I told you I didn't want to buy rotors!" She had no comment on the lack of a phone call and all she did say was "yeah brakes & rotors are expensive...I felt & feel violated :
( Here's the break down: motor oil 5.40 qt - 24.19, oil filter - 4.12, Rotor-F - 135.18, Rotor-R - 131.44, Brake pads-F- 65.23, Brake pads-R 65.72, Disc hardware kit 21.38, Shop supplies 15.00, oil change- 19.95, rotate and balance - 60.00, Brake shoes & pads Remove & replace 179.55, Disc Rotor - 99.75, Disc Rotor - 99.75, Hazardous Materials 15.00
SO - if you have a crap load of money (which I don't - I mean what IF I didn't have a small savings account to handle emergencies) what then????? BEWARE!!!! This is definitely a take advantage repair shop!
