These guys dropped a chunk of asphalt through the back window of my car on Friday, July 3, 2009. I understand that accidents happen, but they refused to use their insurance and wouldn't allow me to get a rental car when they couldn't get a glass company to come replace it! When all is said and done, I'm going to be without my car for 4 days because of their negligence.Furthermore, they only offered me $500 to fix the damages to the paint and my back speakers (which are directly below the window). I will most likely sue them, and I won't stop at the damages to my vehicle. I run my own business, so every hour without a car is $60 of work I can't do.
