If you are in need heating or air conditioning, you cannot go wrong with this company. The owner, David, is knowledgeable, professional, and strives to meet the needs of the customer.

What I noticed is that iBAC is different from the typical contractor. They are much more professional than those I have dealt with in the past.

Our home is totally an iBAC comfort sysyem with units installed in a timely manner and professioinally done. All of the units came on and worked with no hitches. ANd for me, personally, I can breath much better. No more microscopic stuff that is in ducting that circulates in the air. My wife said she noticed I am breathing easier at night while sleeping. Great company and owner.

I own a nursing home and needed a new heating and cooling system installed in one of the wings and lobbies, I had looked at a conventional central air system and then had spoke with David about what he could offer, he showed me the new Mitsubishi Ductless system and the advantages of going with that type system, during this time my sisters residential unit went out so we had to look for a new system for her also, we ask David to look at it and give his opinion, he once again looked at and assessed the situation and we went with the Mitsubishi system again, and both I and my sister are completely happy and amazed at how well this system functions. David has worked tirelessly on both jobs to make sure they are done right and the way we want them, he has been by far the most professional and helpful HVAC service I have used, he will go out of his way to make you happy on what you want and try to give you your best options for all budgets, I HIGHLY recommend him and his services for any job you may need done. If you would like to see the systems he has installed for us just ask him and he can set something up with you to see them with us.

iBAC saved me $3,500+ from two other companies because they took the time to call and found out that my compressor was still under warranty!! Not only did I not need a new system (like one contractor said) but I was able to get my compressor replaced FOR FREE because it was under warranty! I had no idea! THANK YOU iBAC!!!

iBAC is honest, professional, and top notch. I received two quotes from other heat and air contractors and they were outrageous. When I called iBAC, they came out, called the serial number on my broken compressor, and found out that is was still under warranty. I paid a quarter of the cost from the other guys! THANK YOU iBAC!

We needed a unit for our upstairs bonus room. In the summers it was too hot and in the winters too cold. We called around to a few companies but never felt very comfortable because they were at the top of our price range, and it seemed like it would turn into a major project where they'd be tearing down walls and drilling all sorts of holes. iBAC was able to provide the lowest price, and we liked how the ductless system meant no major renovations. It was simple and painless.



We dealt with owner, David Griffey. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable making our decision a no-brainer. He was very responsive. He got back to us the same day and came out to do an estimate where he explained everything and gave us more than one option. We went with the Mitsubishi unit and it is great. It is very quiet. You cannot hear it sitting only a few feet away. It is unobtrusive and small enough to fit in spot a where we didn’t exactly have a lot of room or options. Not only has the roomed cooled off tremendously, so has the entire house.

Great company! The owner David Griffey is very knowledgeable and professional. What I like best is that David gives you all the facts and lets you make the decision. You don't have to worry about high pressure sales techniques.
