My son tried to return an item that he brought at the store and never used. Was told that they do not take returns when we tried to return it. The person at the store did not even offer a store credit.



Will not shop here again and do not recommend this place.

NEVER shop here! My son has been waiting on an airsoft gun for 1 year now!

Owner, Jason Chitwood has offered instore credit and refund but never came through. Now he says he won't refund or offer in-store credit at all.

That is just bad customer relations!! After 1 YEAR??? Am I asking too much?



DO NOT buy from this store or trust it's owner. Buy your airsoft toys elsewhere.

BAD business folks. Complaint is being filed with BBB and we are not the first!

And another piece of advise - Don't order online with EVIKE. Just as bad.
