I went in for a certain product Supercuts carries, but they were out of stock. Jill coaxed me to try another product (twice as expensive, of course) and said I could return it if it did not work. After ONE use, I could see it was not right for my hair, so I brought it back with the receipt today. The woman at the counter refused to return the product - and oddly, she refused to provide her name. I had intended to make a haircut appointment on this visit too, but I walked out with the $20 unusable product. The poor customer service will keep me from going to any Supercuts for product or service.

the manager is a fake and childish person, no professional manner at all. gossips about false accussations with other employes like she was in highschool, it s clear the manager should be demonted
