If I could leave a half a star or less I would.

Got a new phone (galaxy 5s )& repair contract . At time was told repair contract covered everything minus a $25 deductible. Phone has been junk since I got it . Turns off by itself . drops WiFi for no reason. sounds garbled on my end & people receiving my call . After dealing with this phone for 6 months the charging dock became damaged . Took it into the store. Alvaro the store manager tried to make me pay a $250 deductible . When I started arguing with him over $250 deductible he wouldn't give me a new phone & kicked me out of the store ! The sprint repair contract is a scam

I cannot express how unhappy I am with this store. If it weren't the only convenient location I would never go though. I had phone troubles in early December, with the battery not being able to charge. They ordered me a replacement phone but No New Battery! They stated that they "tested" my battery and it was fine. A few days later my phone started the same problem again with the new phone. I struggled to get it to charge and finally accidentally damaged the port because the thing would never connect. Upon calling Sprint they found that the serial number on the battery in my phone did not match any phone I had ever purchased from Sprint. Forcing me to believe that the idiots who work in the store gave me the wrong battery in the first place! Now I am phoneless again less than 2 months after getting a brand new phone. Thanks! University Wireless, you suck. Hire some people who know what they're doing please!
