I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are completely unprofessional and RUDE. They have teenagers running the appointments that have no professionalism. The nail techs take phone calls when they do your nails, including the person who helps run the place named Danny. They also will leave you in the middle of your appointment to go work on another persons nails and come back, which makes you stay there for another hour! All because they care about money and it's poor quality service. When I first went there they were friendly but after a while it went downhill and they became demanding and only wanted cash and pressure people for cash ONLY (to not claim on their taxes) they will tell you it's to send to their family back home. -If there were any truth to that then they would do what any normal person would do, take the money out of their own checking account and send the money to their family back home. They give you the sob game and pretend they are poor but they upcharge insanely. Their quality is not even up to par for the amount they charge. I have tried to get basic nail services in the past when it got to expensive for me, however they would tell me "No. It would not work" and would spout off in Vietnamese to their co-workers, so the "white people" could not understand them. I had gone to this nail salon for quite some time and wanted to change and finally I could not take the way they treated myself and other people anymore. I had 3 coworkers stop going to them before me for various reasons, such as lack of sanitation.Nice place inside, but I would go anywhere else to avoid people like this and not give them my money for the TERRIBLE customer service. Also to the owners- It's not professional to have your staff or the person who claims he is the "owner" to argue with people in front of everyone and cause scenes. It's extremely uncomfortable and I cannot believe anyone would visit your salon after watching the things I have witnessed and experienced.

I love this place. Danny , Mai and staff are spectacular and strive for perfect nails every time. I feel like I am no longer in Madison. The elegance of their salon makes me feel like I am on vacation in a far away spa!
