For $3800 what I got was a hideously lopsided motorized awning where the "support" arms will literally hit you in the head with just a slight breeze. And their solution was to charge me to come remove it! Apparently they have discontinued installation of awnings - probably because this is what they have to offer.

Improperly installed $3000 motorized awning, dangerous to stand under it as it arms sway so badly if it is over 4mph winds that you may be hit in the head if are over 5'6". Also hangs down 8" lower on one side, so it is not only dangerous but unsightly. Fabric tore on edges immeditely, got repaired, and tore again. Champion's assistance was an offer to charge me to come remove it?

Champion went above and beyond everything I expected with my sunroom. The sales rep sat and designed the room of my dreams with me. They did everything from show me what it would look like before I purchased it to getting all the permits with the city. The room went up very fast. The install team was so great while they were here. They were respectful of my home, my neighbors, and even looked out for my pets. I couldn't be happier with the sunroom. It was the perfect addition to our home. Champion was the best choice and they proved that every step of the way!
