I called him two weeks ago and he said he would go to the customer's home to inspect and call me back and advise if the stains were cleanable. He never called back. When I called him back today, he simply answered the phone and said "Hey I'm busy right now and I don't appreciate you calling when I'm busy good bye." and hung up. Even the first phone call I had with him was gruff and unprofessional. There is no business greeting when he answers the phone. Don't use this company unless you'd like to be treated with the utmost disrespect.
