Dunkin Donuts experience involved Madison Police Department to come by because the DD employee tired to provoke a fight. Went to DD at 4:40pm on 04.25.2016/ order a Small coffee light and sweet, this person rang me up for Small Iced coffee and hesitate to cancel incorrect transaction and charge the correct item. I told him charge me for correct item as there is a price difference and i am paying with card. Then he tells me to wait and makes the coffee; Medium light and sweet. Clearly this person does not care when customer orders, when customers order, all your attention should be with customer and orders, verify the order before making it. I smiled and said i wanted a Small but said its okay "i'll take the Medium. He then tells me "Make up your mind man" with an attitude, at that point i asked for his manager on duty, he states he is the Shift Leader in charge.
