First Class service with frist class fabric. A MUST for any sewist. Ground floor is full of beautiful fabric of many designs, notions, thread, batting. The lower lever, in a lovely restored stone basement holds paint, candles, rugs, placemats, beautiful decor, all at reasonable prices. Margie and her staff are always helpful, and will go out of their way to assist.

Margie's Country Store is located in southern Madison, Indiana. Located on Main Street it is a wonderful store that offers quilting supplies. Then there is a basement that is full of gift items. It is a great place to visit. The basement has the old stone walls and always feels welcoming. I like the way it is always changing so it always seem like a new adventure. The people who work there are helpful and have that southern Indiana charm.
