Wanted to upcharge us every time we called. For example, they claimed they installed the heat strips the original installers failed to install, even though we could smell the strips burning when the system started heating. Yes, they show up on time, I'm sure they are eager to find a way to charge you a lot of money for a simple repair.

Whatever you do dont call this company EVER. Some country Guy who doesn't know anything tried to rip us off. They lie about what's broken and needs fixed. The worst company ever. And the owner is the worst of them all. Do not use them and tell your friends and family too.
