I highly recommend Woodland Homes of Huntsville to my family and friends. They are very good at what they do.

Woodland Homes of Huntsville is number 1 and I will recommend it to everyone I know. Woodland Homes is very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I work with them a lot as a third party supplier and they are always on top of things. I find them easy to work with.

I am not sure how so many have found this builder to be so good. There are certain aspects of the company that are good, but their ethics and methods of business practices are among the worst. Check out their various lawsuits. Regardless of who they paid off, they were sued by many people. I would be wary of doing business with such a fake! P.S. Be aware you'll be paying for a pool if you move into one of Mike Friday's neighborhoods, even if his company reps told you it wouldn't happen.

Woodland Homes of Huntsville built us our home over a year ago and my wife and I are still in love with it in every way.

Martha was great and prompt with her work and being able to answer all of our questions while the neighborhood was starting up.

My family and I would like to personally thank Woodland Homes for being there for us from the concept and walking lots in empty neighborhoods to our new finished home.

Mr. Steger is an asset to Woodland. He is not only friendly but down to earth as well.

Woodland Homes come highly recommended. Everyone I speak with always have positive things to say.

I've dealt with several subcontractors (blinds, painters, irrigation system, tech/cabling) at Woodland's recommendation, and all have been very professional...They really have stuck by me throughout the entire process of home building and everything after!

Customer service, employee commitment and quality of the product. We are so pleased we purchased from Woodland Homes. What an amazing business model.
