The staff is very unprofessional and unfriendly! When I asked for my babies shot records they acted as if it was just a huge inconvenience and were completely rude. I don't really have any issues with the doctor except that he told me I could start my 4 month old baby on solid foods, when the American pediatric association says to wait until at least 6 months. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Any suggestions on a new doctor?? The older nurse that gives the shots is an idiot, and extremely ruff with the babies. All staff need to take an etiquette class and learn people skills and how to professionally speak and handle patients and their families!!!

The wait time may be annoying but I have honestly never had an issue with Dr. T. He has seen my children for almost a decade now. The staff has always been nice and considerate towards me and my kids.

The Madison office is dirty, I don'twant to hear about the staffs personal relationship information while I have been waiting more than 30 minutes for my children's appointment. The Huntsville office looks nicer but the wait time was still to loooooong and the staff is horrible! Not friendly at all!!!!!!

I have used Dr. T for several years for my daughter. He has always treated us well, been careful to note her previous bad reactions to antibiotics and consults with me readily during our appointments. His current office staff is definitely an improvement on previous staff, and as most parents can tell you the staff in an office can make a huge difference in how you feel towards a Dr.

My son was born with a genetic brittle bone disease and I took him to see him after he got out of NICU. He began his exam of my son by pulling on his legs and rolling his ankles and I informed him that his legs, ankles, ribs, and forearm were broken. And when I tried to show him how to handle him he showed his anger to me got offended and told me to get another pediatrician and refused to see my son again. He has no bedside manner and he is hard talk to. And he doesn't listen!

My son had ringworm in his head for 4 months I took him to see him almost every week as it progressed and he always said it came from rubberband use, finally once it started to spread to my other kids he finally looked at it and said it was ringworm. My son had long hair and we had to cut him bald. He also gave my daughter a new antibiotic, cefzil, and before we left the doctors office she had a bad reaction, he said she was fine, by that evening her entire body was swollen and she was hospitalized for 5 days and almost died. He only came there once and didnt really say anything while he was there and never apologized plus my daughter had a heart murmur she was born with his examinations are so incomplete and he rushes so much he never found it! I was taking my children to see him since birth and at the birth of my 5th child I switch to Over The Rainbow pediactrics. They saved her life and now he is trying to bill me from our last visit 500 they had all of our insurance info i called and they still refused to bill the insurance. I will not pay him for his malpractice!!!!!

I used Dr. T for my daughter for three months. Every time I went we waited for at least an hour and a half and never seen him for more than 5 minutes. Twice Dr. T wasn't even there for his early appointments. His staff is rude and very inconsiderate, took 6 days for me to get a refill on a prescription my daughter took twice a day. Recently I changed doctors and they still haven't faxed her file over. Don't waste your time with this doctor.

my husband and I moved our 3 children to AL and we're STILL trying to find a very well respected, well mannered, well sanitized Dr. for our kids. Our neighbor recommended Dr. T. to us. But when I read these reviews and not one good thing to say, I can scratch thru this Dr.. before we even waste our time. Thank You.

It is awful! My daughter was sick I took her in and the Dr blowed it off! A week later she started to break out on her private and mouth. I took her to the emergency room where we discovered she had strep throat and had it for awhile! The ER Drs were looking at us like we had neglected her but I quickly informed them I had taken her to the Dr and he said nothing was wrong with her! I will never take my child back her! My family members have had similiar experiences. My niece was hospitalized the same day she say him because again he blowed them off!

We saw Dr. T. for 1 year and I have nothing good to say. The staff is rude, actually mean to my baby! We always waited at least 2 hours. The Dr. doesn't like to talk to women. He would always talk to my husband when he went with us. The office is filthy! And there are no toys in the waiting room. They have no bedside manner with children whatsoever. I am so glad I have found a new pediatrician that actually cares about children.

I do not like this office. the staff is rude, the office is dirty and you will wait at least an hour before you get back to a room. whn the doctor does come in you will see him for less than 5 minutes. he has far too many patients!! I have witnessed the staff lose patients charts and put parents trying to schedule appointments on hold for more than 10 minutes to finish a personal conversation about weekend events.
