DO NOT let these people have any of your banking or credit card information. I attended their location in Meridianville and the location ended up closing. Members got less than a week notice. The owner, Bonnie Stewart, informed members that Katty Fitness would honor the remainder of their membership. What she failed to point out was that this center was one room with no equipment nor were the facilities adequate to provide the services anyone signed up for. The thing is now, even after the dramatic change in services she expects people to continue to pay. BEWARE!!!!

BE WARE: As stated in your contract, you may only cancel for one of two reasons: moving more than 15 miles from your club or affiliate, since signing your contract; or onset of a permanent medical disability, since signing your contract. You will then need to provide proof of move or a doctor’s note detailing the permanent disability. THE RIVERIA IN HAZEL GREEN CLOSED AND WITH ONLY LET THE CUSTOMERS KNOW THE WEEK IT CLOSED. THEY SOLD OUR MEMBERSHIP TOO A GYM DOWN THE STREET..I SIGNED A TWO YR CONTRACT AND NOW I HAVE TOO ATTEND A GYM THAT I HAVENT STEPPED FOOT IN. In early February, I received an email from a friend that works out at riviera that they were closing. I NEVER was contacted by riviera to tell me that they were closing. I contacted Paramount, the company that the contract was through, and requested that I wanted to cancel my membership. They said it had been transferred to Katty's fitness. I went and looked at this facility and it is not comparable to riviera. This facility only offers exercise classes where riviera had machines like treadmills and weight benches ect...this facility is only open when there is classes going on. I work 12 hour shifts so many times I stopped at riviera after work around 8:00 and worked out then.
