How hard is it to fulfill a custom order? Do I need to stand over their employees and call them on it when the don't put red sauce that I requested? Do I need to teach them the difference between red and green? I was the only order. It wasn't like they were busy.

This place is the real deal. Its a hidden gem for sure. It dosent look like much but wait untill you taste the food. Best rice, beans, and meat in town.
