Provided by YPmobileDr Jim Spencer @ Macon Veterinary Clinic on Missouri St, North Hwy 63 Macon,MO via secretary was on ER call 10/31/15 & NEVER returned my 2 emergency call re: my Grace, in respiratory distress. I have a client record @ Grace there and even after TWO calls @ 7:30 pm Sat eve, my call was NOT returned. Negligence. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the MO Veterinary Medical Board @ 573-751-0031 via email in addition to doing so with BBB, Better Business Bureau. This experience broke my heart on behalf of my beloved Grace.
