I go to this store more often than not because they have the best selection out there by far they are always helpful and know the hairs and won't del you just to sell you. I like the fact that they are honest and will be helpful. It does get busy there because the prices are so low I went to another store in WR and it was lamppost double the price of this beauty supply store It is also way way bigger. The people in the front tells me what is real and isn't real which is something I like a lot about them. They also have real products like Nexus and dove and patene and aveeno and stuff like that which I use on my virgin hair because it is so much better than most of the BSS products out there that are so freakin oily. Love this store.

It really don't deserve a star I have been in this store on several occasions because it's in my area. But when I say poor customer service. You ask for hair behind the counters the sale clerk won't even help they on there phones and literally walk pass you when you're standing there. I guess because in that store who basically sale hair products to black people. Really don't matter....
