We had an IRS problem plaguing us for months. IRS was not listening to us and about to start collection procedures. Neil was helping us out by filing a petition for a court hearing. In the mean time IRS finally responded we owed zero. Mr Weinberg refunded our unused hour money, congratulated us, and offered some advice and extra info. I was pleased and respected that. His secretary Sam was always helpful on the phone.

I also have no doubt that Mr Weinberg would have solved our problem had it gone that far.
