Called to ask about an estimate and the promptly hung up on me. Answered the phone very unprofessionally.

This company is awesome that showed up on time and gave me the best rate in the industry

Worst experience ever! My car broke down about 9p, he was suppose to tow my car to a shop so they could fix it in the morning. I called the shop the next morning and my car was not there and was missing for 15 hrs. The owner did not answer my calls until 10a the next day and did not take my car there until 1p. If you don't want more problems then just a towing issue, then don't use this service.

Would not recommend. After they broke my window on the interstate because the driver was to careless to remove the rocks and debris off of his truck, the individual on the phone agreed to replace my window. After attempting to go by his "shop" (which the address takes you to a run down warehouse that is not a towing service) multiple times to get it fixed, Darell (the man on the phone), whom I presume is the owner, stopped answering my calls and will not return a call. This is a very small company that seems to have no values or professionalism!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
