My son lives here. His life has been a nightmare ever since. Cats are everywhere and they live under the homes. My son’s home is an older home and smells like Cat piss! He has been complaining about this for 6 months now. He cannot use all his cupboards because of the cat piss smell. The whole place reeks of it!. Yet nothing is done. It is a health hazard to live in these conditions. This place is horrible! They don’t do anything to help you. DO NOT LIVE HERE! He cannot wait to get out of there. It is causing him very much stress and anxiety smelling cat urine all the time. Shame, shame, shame, shame on you for treating people like this. I see I am not the only one that has complaints. I see many many other people here that a very unhappy with this place as well. Further more, I will post a negative review like this everywhere I possible can!

If you are considering renting here, please consider the following first or you will likely be as unsatisfied as I am as a current resident and other neighbors I have spoken to are.

PRO's

- Sales Staff: Very polite (especially Rob), professional and easy to work with
- Pricing: The monthly rent is attractive.

CON's

- Onsite management: The Office Manager is very rude to residents that have
questions or concerns. Its a shame and I sympathize with
the rest of the office staff having to work under someone like
that. In addition she and the office personnel are continually
running interference for the Site Manager, who I have been
trying to speak with for months. Not sure why she is
management if she cannot be spoken to by resident
customers.
- Maintenance Mgmt: You wouldn't believe how work orders put in with the office
mysteriously disappear when assigned, or how you are given
the run around and told that they cannot get repairs approved
in a timely manner, etc. Open issues take weeks normally.
You will get excuses and not much else.
- Staff will not provide any contact info or escalation of issues, such as a contact in
the new ownership group to speak to and finally get the site staff being held
accountable too.

I am asking other former residents or current residents to speak up here in forums such as this ..... maybe something will finally be done about it!!!

If i could give this place negative stars I would. Ever since the new property management owners bought it out this place went to S**T. This park is absolutely terrible. The entire office team is very rude and unprofessional. These people do not know how to run a business at all. The management is beyond rude and very very very unprofessional with the residents. When I went in to speak with the manager she was very uneducated and does not know how to work with people at all. I feel bad for everyone who has to deal with her. She should be managing a McDonalds, not in a professional environment. Everyone in this office is LAZY and no one will do anything to get something done. But if your a day late on your payment they will be all up your A** for the money. Which is all they care about and don't care about their residents. Maintenance is also another not properly ran department. It will take them forever to come out and check something out or they just wont come out and do it. Making up excuses is what their good at. Also when you call for a follow up they will be extremely rude to you. Also, The people who live here don't belong here. They have 5 families living under one roof. Everything is just absolutely dirty and feels like living in a trailer park on 8 MILE. STAY AWAY

Worse place I've ever lived! The few luxuries are not worth it! Please believe me. The landlord treats their residents... Good residents like crap and charge extra money for their damaged home. I waited nearly a year and a half for them to fix all the leaks..appliances.. Etc and then charged me and I was just renting. I have always gotten along with my landlords in the past... Kept up the home but this place is rediculous! If you want a stress free life... DON'T LIVE HERE! Me and my family can't wait to move.. If I could I would break my lease. That's how horrible they are. If you do move in... Pray there is nothing wrong with your home! And if there isn't... Still pray because they will screw with your lives and money for no reason. I plan to sue eventually for the stress they have caucaused and having my family live in a moldy leaking home they didn't wanna fix for 7 months. Sorry my comment is long but we hate this place. We are much better than this and so are you!

Club house falling apart woman's bath room has been closed and broken for a long time and men's bathroom about to close if not matained. Pool temperature is about 60 or 65 for a heated pool that is unexpectable.

the roof leaks everwhere. The hot tub is always not up to temperature the pump in the pool and hot tub never work right . This building is really getting unsafe for everyone

Well management don't care and corporate don't care so westbridgemannor is going down hill so you can do pretty much want ever you want this park looks terible and it looks like nothing is being done to inprove it. It is just getting worse in here as the years go

I would give negative stars if they would let me. Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service and maintenance. The women who work in the front office are rude and not helpful. The maintenance people are a joke. They don't return your calls and you wait weeks for them to come fix things. Save yourself the pain in the a** and rent somewhere else. Unless you like being without water, AC or functioning utilities.

To Bella K, Document, Document, Document everything! No hot water, no rent money, simple as that. Just don't spend it, set it aside until hot water is restored. AC went out and husband called office as I have VERY bad asthma and 2 year old grand dtr. They told him they would do a work order. I called back and stated to them, where did you want me to send the hotel bill to. Someone came within the hour! Yes I do agree, alot of kids but we have never had any issues. Lived there for approx 1 & 1/2 years.

I am renting a home in Westbrook which is next door to Westbridge Manor, it is their connected community. I wish I did not have to even give this place a 1 star, since day 1of moving in I have been very disappointed, from not having hot water for lime 5 days, to rude unprofessional management, now less then 3 months later I'm dealing g with hot water issues again and rudeness again, I have rented and brought, I pay almost as much as I did in our last home we just sold, and I definitely feel for that ridiculous amount it costs to live here I deserve better quality and treatment,I'm guessing I'm going to be out of hot water for another day, since I'm not the only one having that problem.

Despite the horrible reviews from renters, which I have not experienced, this place is not that bad. I have lived here since 2012 but we own our trailer- as I said we don't have to deal with maintenance or office employees very often. I do agree they are not overly excited about Working, but who is? We worked with rich who was very nice when we bought our place 3 years ago. The lot rent is still cheaper then living somewhere else and our water/sewer/garbage bill is anywhere from $30-$50 /mo for two adults and a child. Utilities are high like a house but it is a trailer not an apartment. Overall we haven't had any issues and couldn't live around here any cheaper. The pool is closed once in a while for cleaning but its actually really nice. I do agree with the reviewer who said their are kids everywhere, I don't see that as an issue though. I think it is nice they have parks for them to play in. Overall my family's experience here has been good. We have a few friends in the park who have been here longer then us and they seem to enjoy this place as well.

MY PARENTS HAVE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST 7 YRS. & THE PARK JUST KEEPS GOING DOWN HILL!! WHEN YOU DRIVE THROUGH YOU THINK YOU ARE IN THE GHETTO! PUNKS WALK THE STREETS AT ALL HOURS, PEOPLE LET THEIR KIDS & ANIMALS RUN WILD IN YOUR YARD & EVERYONE ELSES!

THE SALESMAN, RICH IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & JUST DOWN RIGHT A MISERABLE HUMAN BEING WHO DOESN'T NEED TO BE IN SALES!

HE IS NOT A PEOPLE PERSON & YOU NEED TO SAVE YOUR MONEY & FIND SOME PLACE FRIENDLIER & NICER!!

Stay away! park is overpriced and ghetto, they tell you your rent will be one price and that your water bill will be 35.00-50 every three months, the water is bill added on every month for my husband and I we pay 50.00 a month which is added to our rent, we have asked for a detailed bill, and they said (without saying) that they only get one bill, so basically you are paying for the ghetto family down the street with ten people living in their home, since I have lived here which has been 8 months, I have had gas siphoned from my car 3 times, the back handle of my mini van ripped off, and a neighbor 5 doors down blaring rap music 5/7 days a week...I work 70 hours a week to live here, this place in unbearable! there is no security and the office is no help at all, they tell you what you want to hear but do nothing.
