I used a groupon today and tried this salon for the first time. I had Mandi as my stylist.. She did an amazing job on my long hair, let me add that I am VERY particular with my thin hair, I asked for long layers and face framing to add volume, I came in with thin one length virgin hair down to the middle of back and didnt want to shorten the length or make it too thin at the ends by layering..She did a PERFECT job, exactly what I asked! My hair looks and feels AMAZING! Im so happy I went to her! I will be back again groupon or no groupon, she's very friendly and worth every penny!!! You will NOT be dissatisfied, she's great!

Very rude woman at the front desk, which gave me a bad impression right off the bat. I came in with an existing ombrè that I just wanted touched up and instantly, my stylist tried to talk me out of it. She was trying to get me to dye my entire head reddish brown, which was not even close to what I wanted. I never mentioned dying it red. I said I wanted it lighter and more ashy. After what felt like 10 minutes of pulling teeth, she finally agreed to touch up my ombrè, but not before heading over to the receptionist to whisper and laugh. This worried me, obviously. I should have walked out then. She started my "ombrè" and just kept saying things like, "I'm not gonna promise this will work," and "I'm not doing like, a real ombrè-ombrè, but I'm just gonna touch it up." I get that she was concerned about the integrity of my hair seeing as it had already been bleached once, but it is her job to be professional and do whatever she needs to do to make sure her clients get what they want. That did not seem to be a priority of hers. She also did my eyebrows and while I was explaining that I usually keep my eyebrows thick and bold, she was clearly paying attention to a conversation that was happening on the other side of the salon and ended up waxing my eyebrows soooo thin and sparse. When she showed me tons of eyebrow hair on the strip and said "Oh, man, you REALLY needed this," I was internally panicking. Then... the haircut. Since I was 12, I have always asked for the same thing: choppy layers, a side-swept bang, and a face-frame. Never had an issue. I wore my glasses to the salon and I have REALLY terrible vision and she made me take my glasses off while she cut, so I could not see that she was HACKING hair off. I ended up with a mullet-type hairstyle. My top layers are about two to three inches long and what's rest of my longer layers is sooo thin and damaged. As soon as I put my glasses on, I was able to see that my "ombrè" was just a thick orange stripe all the way around my mullet. I honestly was shocked. I got up, paid, tipped. Went home and REALLY started looking at what she had done to my poor hair... and cried. I sent the salon a message, but they never responded. If you want a current, trendy look, stay far, far away from this place.

Mandi is great! Very understanding and makes sure you are happy with the results :-)

Have had mani and pedi with shellac done by Samantha. Also highlights and cut. Have never been disappointed, Samantha is awesome and amazing. Very professional and sweet.

DO NOT GO HERE! I have left crying with highlights looking grey to red, they have a high turnover of staff. When they do have a gem they quickly run them off. They will not issue a refund but will set you up with another of their unqualified staff members. I could of gotten better highlights out of a box from walmart. When asked to do something or speak with the owner I got hung up on repeatedly. Rude, unprofessional,outdated uneducated staff and soon to be out of business.

This was a horrible experience. The people here are not even licensed nail techs and it shows. My shellac manicure was disgusting! I have nail polish all over my fingers, she left the sticky residue on and never even removed the cuticle. I left completely upset. I should have said something but I have not guts to.

It looks nice, but the customer service is not. The front desk is not friendly. In fact, they have been rude over the phone. There is a stylist there who claims she has a "heavy hand." Basically, she was pulling the hair way too hard while putting highlights on. I don't think getting highlights should hurt (Victoria!!). There was another stylist who dried hair with the cord LAYING on my chest the whole time. Apparently, she thought it was nice to give me dirty looks throughout the blo-dry.

Another stylist was just plain rude, and cut the hair way too fast since she was overbooked. In a hurry, unfriendly, and bad service. I call this a rude salon. I will not go back anymore!!! If it's cheap, there's a reason why!!!!!

You gotta do this! It was my best friend's birthday party and we couldnt think of a different way to celebrate it. Then I remembered that my salon was offering a "Girl's Night Out" party, I immediately contacted them and the party was planned.



My friends and I got our choice of one big service which was a cut, a pedicure, or a mini facial. AND we got to chose one other service as well, between a manicure, makeup, or an eyebrow wax for $35 a girl! It was SUCH a great deal.



We got to bring in our presents and our food and beverage and got the whole salon to ourselves it was so fun and relaxing, and we all felt pampered. Thanks Salon Kristen!
