I've been a customer since 2020 and have been impressed with the level of knowledge, service, and reliability. Each technician is a certified Master Mechanic, their manager Justin is a great guy, and I trust their team to take care of my family. I have two 17 - 18 year old vehicles that are in near perfect condition due to their care. In a world where many garages take advantage of people, do poor work, guess, and use cheap parts, Kozak's Mr. Muffler provides exceptional service. The Kozak's team is the only place I trust to maintain my vehicles and I highly recommend the 20959 Hall Road, Macomb MI location.

Fast, friendly service! Our new-to-us pickup is 13 years old and needed several repairs. Everything was taken care of within hours, and when another issue cropped up on our drive home, they got us back in immediately. Reasonable prices and staff you can trust!

Mr. Muffler has beautifully restored my son's 2007 Dodge Charger. Their mechanics are the best and the managers have provided great service and resourcefulness in obtaining restored parts for his car. The repair costs are fair and their work is guaranteed. I took my jeep wrangler there to get my alignment and suspension inspected. These guys are honest, professional, timely and just down to earth. Great people. Will continue doing business there for a long long time.

This is one of two places I take my car for repairs, and I'm always treated VERY well here. Being a female, it's hard to find places that will give you honest pricing and repairs, simply because shops think females know nothing about cars, and I have never experienced that here with the regular staff. They answer my questions, and also do free inspections, which works out really well when you don't have the money for the actual repair right then.

I've referred family here, and I'd recommend them to anyone!
