Purchased tires and rims from the Macomb location on Hall Rd. and Hayes back in February of 2019. My rear drivers side tire kept losing air every time I would drive on the expressway. I took the truck back to the Macomb store and Steve replaced the valve stem telling me it was leaking. 2 weeks later as I'm driving on the expressway again my passenger side rear tire goes flat, so I pull over call the Macomb store and they tell me to have it towed to the Dequindre location and they will take care of it for me. As I checked the tire I realized the valve stem had a hole in it. I explained all of this to them. Needless to say they refused to admit that there may be any defect or issue with these valve stems and that someone was messing with my truck. They tried to charge me $300 for a new tire because mine blew up when they tired to put air in it, before even looking at the defective valve stem or replacing it!! He told me the best he could do was charge me $225 for a new tire and replace all the valve stems with heavy duty ones. I told him this was not acceptable and he told me he had to let me go he was busy and had work to do. He told me to go to the Dequindre store and talk to them that maybe the owner would be there and he cold do something for me. Now back to the Dequindre store. I call them tell them to put a new tire on because I have to have my truck. They call me at 3pm on Saturday and tell me they don't have the replacement tire anymore because that was the 2018 model and they don't make it anymore. WTF are you kidding me?? I bought the tires and rims in 2019 why would you put discontinued tires on my truck and not tell me. I paid $1,600 for new tires and rims not junk ass discontinued tires. After I refused to allow them to put some other tire on my truck they magically found me the same tire and found a source where they can get them in the future for me. I have never ever in my life dealt with such liars and scam artists.
