I would recommend staying away from this company if your job involves any concrete work (like re-pouring part of a sidewalk or porch step).

They did work for us involving stopping leakage on the wall under our porch. Part of the job required removal of the porch step and a section of sidewalk leading up to it.

The sidewalk section and step have twice failed, sinking towards the home, and at this point the company will not repair the concrete work. The concrete work is only warranted for one year.

Other contractors have seen this work and universally suggested it was done improperly, not being anchored to the porch, and therefore destined to sink.

Additionally the area that was "waterproofed" has begun to leak again. They offered to inject some material into the leak in hoped of plugging it, but I declined. I will be seeking other contractors to do this work.

Very poor workmanship. After months of delays caused by their utter incompetence, we paid them just to go away and had to bring in another contractor to get the job done.

I had many estimates and companies that came to my house to repair my basement;the Rep Dennis was a very nice, honest professional;I have not had the work done yet but have chosen them due to Dennis answering all my questions, they work on salary not commission so no high pressure, and they were the best price of all the quotes, i will update my post in a few weeks when have the work done...but so far I am impressed...

I had called Drip Dry to schedule a free estimate and then cancelled as we decided to re-grade the dirt next to the house first before waterproofing. Shortly after cancelling, I received a call from Dennis who was going to come out for the estimate and he gave me some good tips about grading and gutters that would only help me with my project. I must say - I was very impressed that he took the time to provide some very helpful info without expecting an appointment.



I will definitely call Drip Dry back if the problem does persist! Thanks Dennis!!!!

I am happy to report my basement is now dry after two years of problems. I had my entire basement waterproofed two months ago and after the last couple of rains not a drop of water. I was also impressed with how clean they left my basement. I would recommend them to anyone.
