Their people are knowledgeable, friendly and fast.
They have aways (4 visits and 4 tire purchases) done the job right and gotten me in and out very quickly. They can get any tire and their price is always the best or they will match a lower price. I always buy my tire from Discount Tire.

Purchased tires on 10/18/16, on 12/2/16 one flew off the car while driving. Still waiting to hear from the claims department. Stay away!

We made an appointment for 9:15am. By 10am they still hadn't taken our van back. We where having tire rotation and balancing done. Also needed them to look at why the tirest lose air pressure so often and they are only 1 year old. Attendant had no interest in explaining to me why they skipped my appointment. Only told me I would be next. I watch as they moved my chart over to the front of the line in their filing bin when my paper work was originally not even in the line up!

Jose is a terrible guy, second bad experience with him. After being a customer for so long I am shocked. He once wanted to charge me double to put a new set of tires on. I always put new tires there and get a lower price when other guys do it, but when he does it's a $100 more. And the 2nd experience is just a couple days ago, I had a flat tire went to fix it he told me it can't be fixed charged me $200 for the new tire installed. When I asked for the old tire back, my bill dropped to $140. $60 to despose my old tire? Also I took my old tire to farm and fleet and they fixed it. He will do anything to get a sale. Terrible guy.. As I am typing this my brother is telling me he is the manager for the machesney park location. If so then this is bad news. Any of the guys there will do a better job than him in keeping his customers..

I've been going to the Discount Tire in Waukesha, WI for years and they've always been good to me. Recent experience with the Machesney Park location has been anything but favorable. I had a new set of tires installed on 2/29. It was dark when they finished so I had no ability to examine the workmanship. The next day after a car wash, I noticed scrapes and gouges all over my rims. The damage was indicative of some sort of pry tool being used to remove the old tire or install the new one (although the manager refutes that saying they use a "touchless" machine. Clearly Not...). Additionally, the lug holes on the rims look like somebody removed the lug bolts with a grinding wheel. That type of carelessness toward the property of others is unacceptable. Also, the manager told me that those lug scrapes are to be expected when services are performed...



Update: Discount tire acknowledged the damage and rectified the situation.

I had tires installed 7/6/15 on my truck, a few days later went to do a front brake job and noticed a big dent in my wheel so I checked all of them and they all had damage. Filed claim with corporate and was denied. NEVER go to these guys.

These people did a great job for me good prices and most of all they didn't nick my paint. 5 stars hands down

Do not go to this discount tire. The counter help tried to lie to me . he said that if I only had two tires replaced they would have to go on the back of the car because under heavy braking the cars rear end would swing around . that is a lie cars with a.b.s systems stop that from happening. the brakes pulse so they don't lock up! when told this the counter guy started saying. well its our company policy. JUST A SCAM!
