We have been going to this bakery for years. The past couple of years we have had a lot of issues with poor quality cakes or straight mess-ups in our order, and they are not cheap. The staff their especially the mangers are so unprofessional and rude! My last experience was the worst I have never had a group of staff me so rude and unprofessional about just asking questions about the order and pricing. Their was a lot of attitude, rolling eyes, making faces, etc. When I am paying $100 for a cake I'm going to ask questions. When I emailed the owners about the experience they brushed me off and only talked about the pricing of the items barely addressed the inappropriate behavior of staff. I nor my friends and family will not be doing business here any more. Such a shame because someone I know is getting married and was going to use them. Needless to say they were there to witness the behavior and changed their mind.

Awsome...the best Bakery in town... Everyone I bring to get a donut gets addicted!! by the Dozen is addicting can't eat just one..Lol

Had to file a claim with my cc bc my cake delivered! Refused redelivery without fee!! 72$ for a half sheet of cake the least they could do is act like they cared! Owner told me to F off....classy. beware they will cheat you.

this is the best bakery in town and the best buttercream icing i have ever had and the triple chocolate donuts aret o DIE for ............ got get a dozen right now they will melt in your mouth

i get all of my cakes there no place else!!!!!
