I booked an appointment with Ed to come and measure our kitchen for a remodel. After 30 minutes of him no calling and no showing I placed a phone call and got his voicemail. 15 minutes later I received a call from him sounding confused and asked if we had an appointment?! He then proceeded to tell me rudely not to worry because he had plenty of other customers. Well you just lost one. And with that attitude I wouldn't recommend him.
