Ms. Shelby (Business Owner) has been grooming and caring for my Cocker Spaniels since she was a teenager working for her Mom (the original Michelle), over two decades ago. She does beautiful work, is HONEST, professional, and most important to me, she truly loves animals and cares for every pet in her custody as if it were her own. The greatest proof of this is how happy and excited my pets are to enter her shop. The staff all know their names, and they are welcomed like family. I have never been displeased with the grooming done on my pet, but I know that if I were, Ms. Shelby would do everything reasonable to make amends. The shop is not fancy, but it is very clean, and has been so every time I am there. Great, great business, great staff, and best prices in town!

Awful experience in many ways. Heather chopped her up and cut moles off. Never told us. Didn't return the $65 flea collar. We have been trying to get rid of A TON of fleas for a week now. Never again for my parents baby or any of mine.

Sushi was a mess.....took Michewle 2 days but she worked it out; totally. She loves her business and loves animals.

They are Great! They always do great work and are very nice to us and the animals! The only place I trust to take my dog!

Max went in a fur ball and came home a beautiful dog. The staff is wonderful and the prices are reasonable! We will be going back!
