Had a bad experience months ago. Today I decided to give them another try. They say they open at 6 am. It's now 6:05 and not even the employees r in.

My family and I have been going to Hercules since we were small. For as far as I can remember we loved the burgers in Hercules.... I don't know what happened to the service, but today my dad went over the Hercules to buy some burgers, once he got home we had the biggest disappointment. It seems like if they gave us some old burgers that someone didn't want! they lettuce was almost transparent, the bread was supper soggy, and the meat was very cold. I was going to go back to the restaurant and complain, but knowing that I was just probably going to get ignored, I decided to write a review. How can they sell old soggy burgers to a customer who is PAYING for food???... A customer deserves to get what they pay for, we expect good quality of food. Unfortunately due to a lazy staff this will be difficult to obtain.
