I do a lot of "mommy and me" activities with my 8 month old baby. Of all those activities, this is the most meaningful thing we do. Our teacher Linda has extensive knowledge as to what exercise is appropriate for my child at each stage of her development. She explains the purpose and benefit of every activity, and helps you customize to your child's needs. Linda interacts with the kids and is enthusiastic, caring, and helpful. It's a great time for you and your child, and the benefits more than justify the reasonable cost of the program.
