My fianc bought my ring there. He had some issues with the dates being wrong that they gave him to pick up the ring. We went back there to look at a matching band. Employees acted like they didn't have time to help. Several times the guy helping us went to take phone calls and just left us there with rings out. It felt very awkward. We were not able to ask or get answers to questions we had. It wasn't even busy there. We went back again and the same thing happened with another guy. He kept leaving to help another couple. We ended up just buying another ring and spent over 10k total and still felt like they didn't have time to help us. Very, very disappointing. I wish I hadn't have bought from there. I feel shafted.

All I can say is that this is the only jewler that we will ever go to again! We have made a few purchases at Shane Co and have always recieved the best service! Their knowlage, and quite possably more inportantly, their prices are outstanding! Thanks so much for all you help!

Most excellent service ever! Nice staff, great prices. I bought my wedding set there after looking at every shop in the immediate area. They also give the best ever customer service! In addition they have a HUGE selection of jewlery at excellent prices. Highy recommend
