Once Upon a time there was a young child afraid of the dentist. As she grew into an adult this fear, stayed with her. I would avoid the dentist, as much as possible. Over the years I had basic care, and a few procedures that required, pain.
The Day I walked into the Peak Dental Office. I had mentally prepared for the continued negative dental experience. Funny thing? That didn't happen in any form.
Let's start with the front office staff. Friendly, kind and just very approachable. I felt heard and cared about. Just like I'd known them for a long time.
My X-Ray technician was a lovely woman. Her gentle manner and sweet smile, eased some of my fears. We talked about her pleasure in helping and interacting with patients. She did her job with such efficiency, but in a way that was classy.
My Dental assistant/technician was a competent and high performance young man. I believe my 14 year old daughter, would say the best compliment, He's got the cool factor, and yet so very aware of patient comfort. I mentioned his mom had done a good job, and it showed very thoroughly. This kind of assistance at such a difficult time, can't be taught it's just there. He's a natural for this line of work.
My Dentist was quick, confident and very skilled. He handled my fear, the procedure, and educating me about the process, with complete professionalism. My tooth is now healing very well.
After all my history of nightmares and fear of the dentist?
I've finally found a place to Feel safe. Dental care is so very important, but I always believed I was going to suffer.
This review is my honest and truthful experience. If you want to have a great dental experience, but you've been disappointed. Please give these people your trust, they want your teeth to be their best! You've nothing to lose, but your fear. Thanks for reading my words.

I called in to see if I can get checked in near future due to bleeding in gums. They were able to see and do my cavity fillings, cleaning, and wisdom tooth removal all with in 24 hr time frame like wow. These were painful hours but because of awesome staff and Dr it went like a breeze. You will not find ppl better for your oral health then these guys. Thank you Dr Donghae and team.

I called peak dental in a panic yesterday and they got me in today. I've never had a dentist do that before. Anyway they saw me they found the problems, they recommended a treatment plan and are helping me get financing. These appointments to get my teeth repaired extracted and cleaned are all going to take place within the next week. This is the best service ever. So far I really love these guys.

I went to Dr. Cruz for my regular cleaning and my teeth felt just fine. But he said I had some cavities, so I believed him and had some fillings done in the same visit. Once that was done, I realized I couldn't even bite down all the way because the filling was sticking out. I told him, and he said he can't fix it and to wait until the numbness wears off and see if it went back to normal. As I suspected, it did not and I couldn't eat at all because of this. So I went back and he ground down part of my filling, which felt a little bit better. So I went home and now noticed that I couldn't eat peanuts without wincing in pain. So I went in for a third time. He ground away more of my original teeth. He now acted very impatient toward me and told me that I felt pain because my tooth was cracked, and that I needed a crown to fix it. I didn't take this advice as I didn't believe that it was true. The office arranged for a different dentist to examine my teeth. Diagnosis: my teeth are not cracked and I don't need a crown at all.



From my terrible experience, I think Dr. Cruz' skill level is not very good. Also, it seems he doesn't really care about patient's feelings and won't even admit his fault when putting in a filling that stuck out high. He tried to blame the bad results on other fake things to cover up his mistake.



I must say Alesha at the front desk and the other assistants are very nice and helpful, and they do have another dentist Dr. Chang.
