This is just a subcontracting service that sends private contractors to your home. The guy they sent to my house to fix a dishwasher came in a beat up old car with his son and dog. He was unclean, did not have any parts with him for replacement, even though I told the operator what my model number and problem was, and then he couldn't even figure out what the problem was. On top of spilling water all over my Kitchen floor numerous times. It was a very frustrating experience. Save yourself time and money and find a reputable repair company like Sears or someone similar. I learned this the hard way.
