As a clinician, I hold firm to the belief that hardships occur at some point in everyone’s lives, and that every individual has the capacity to move passed the limitations of their circumstances. I specialize in helping people who are working to reach, and remain, in recovery from mental health and substance use related disorders. This includes trauma, mood and personality disorders, general and life event-related anxiety and depression issues, addictions, and co-occurring disorders. I am a str
